Whether you are a heterosexual couple, single, or LGBTQIA+, we provide you with all of the fertility options available and help you choose the right treatment plan.

ROOTS Testing
$100

Uncertain about where to begin, but eager for fertility testing? Our ROOTS Testing includes: Fertility Bloodwork (billed to insurance), Pelvic Ultrasound, and a Telehealth Follow up with Dr. Zarek to review results.

Ultrasound Uterine & Tubal Testing
$250

Dr. Zarek is one of the few providers in the area to provide Ultrasound Fallopian Tubal Patency testing also known as a sonohysterogram (SHG). Compared to a hysterosalpingogram which is quite painful and requires radiation exposure, the SHG is more affordable, less painful and is safer.

Sperm Freezing & Storage
$500

Sperm freezing involves collecting sperm and freezing them to attempt pregnancy at a later date through in vitro fertilization (IVF) or intrauterine insemination (IUI).

OI & IUI with ZyMot
$800

Ovulation Induction (OI) and Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a fertility treatment that gives sperm a better chance at fertilizing an egg. This treatment can improve pregnancy chances for some couples and individuals. If ovulation induction is what you're seeking, priced at $250, we're here to assist.

Ovarian Platelet Rich Plasma
$2,200

Ovarian Rejuvention with PrP is for women with low egg quantity or quality. We are one of the few clinics in the area to provide this treatment. PrP stands for platelet rich plasma which is derived from your own blood and then injected into the ovaries under light sedation. Your PrP has a powerful compostion of cytokines and growth factors that can enhance ovarian function.

Egg Freezing
$5,000

Also known as oocyte cryopreservation, egg freezing involves harvesting eggs and freezing them so an individual can attempt pregnancy at a later date through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Having the option to freeze eggs can be valuable and life-changing for some people.

Frozen Embryo Transfer/ Fresh Embryo Transfer
$3,000/$2,500

A FET cycle involves thawing embryo(s) from a previous IVF cycle and transferring into the uterus. A FET can be programmed or natural cycle. A fresh embryo transfer cycle is when the embryo transfer occurs 3-5 days after an IVF cycle. Fresh or frozen embryos can be transferred into the uterus.

IVF with ICSI
$10,000

IVF (in vitro fertilization) is a type of fertility treatment where eggs are combined with sperm outside of your body in a lab. Fee includes ultrasounds, anesthesia, embryology, and one year of storage. Annual storage fee is $400. Embryo testing and embryo transfer are not included.

Embryo Testing
$3,500

PGT-A, PGT-M, PGT-SR

Preimplantation Genetic Testing is an optional treatment with IVF and FET that involves removing a few cells from the embryo (trophectoderm) and testing these cells for their chromosomal combination, for monogenic disease or for chromosomal structural rearrangements.

“We provide compassionate concierge reproductive endocrinology care at the best affordability.”

-Dr. Shvetha Zarek

Dr. Zarek has supported families for over fifteen years, particularly in Missouri. There is no greater joy than witnessing the precious happiness of patients becoming parents. Family building comes at different times in different ways. It is difficult to bear witness when parenthood is unattainable because a patient cannot afford treatment. We founded Arbor Fertility™ on a mission to prove that successful, REI care of the highest quality can be achieved at better affordability. Our care is concierge, compassionate, candid and most importantly, puts the interest of patients over profits.
