Dr. Zarek and her team are nothing short of incredible. Yet everyone keeps everything so light at appointments that I forget the suck of the situation for a bit, which I appreciate. But it is still obvious that they are all just as invested in the wins and losses as we are. You won’t be just a number or a patient here.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is a 30-minute consultation with your fertility specialist. We'll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and outline potential treatment paths. Many patients find it helpful to bring their partner and a list of questions. There's no pressure to decide anything on day one.
Do you accept insurance?
We are in-network with Cigna, Oscar, Anthem BCBS, UHC Commercial, Ambetter, Oxford, Aetna, Humana, and GEHA. Our financial counselor will verify your coverage before treatment begins and help you understand any out-of-pocket costs upfront. Even when out-of-network, our published self-pay rates are often lower than the post-deductible billed total at competitor clinics.
How long does an IVF cycle take?
A typical IVF cycle takes about 2–3 weeks from the start of medication through egg retrieval. This includes ovarian stimulation (typically 10–14 days), monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilization, and embryo development. Because Dr. Zarek performs frozen embryo transfers (FETs), embryo transfer takes place in a separate cycle, typically no sooner than 4–6 weeks after egg retrieval. Your care team will create a personalized timeline based on your treatment plan.
What fertility preservation options do you offer?
We offer egg freezing, embryo freezing, and sperm banking. All samples are stored securely on-site for the duration of your treatment. For long-term storage, typically 3–6 months or longer, we partner with CryoFuture for secure off-site cryopreservation and storage. We also offer fertility preservation consultations for patients facing medical treatments that may affect their fertility.
